Currently, 6,507 of a total of 6,831,735 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,040) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,719 articles (about 1 in 172.002) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,226 articles (about one in 147.790) which are either good or featured.
