The 2007 East Dorset District Council election took place on 3 May 2007 to elect members of East Dorset District Council in Dorset, England. The whole council was up for election and the Conservative Party stayed in overall control of the council.[1]

A by-election was held in Ferndown Central after the resignation of Conservative councillor Queenie Comfort.[5] The seat was held for the Conservatives by Lesley Dedman with a majority of 33 over independent Jason Lawford.[5]
