  1. St Ledger was born in Solihull, England, but also qualified to represent the Republic of Ireland internationally through his grandfather and made his international debut for the Republic of Ireland in May 2009.
  2. Williams was born in Sutton, England, but also qualified to represent Cyprus internationally through his mother and made his international debut for Cyprus in 2006.
  3. Barton was born in Clitheroe, England, but also qualified to represent Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland internationally through his parents and represented Northern Ireland at U-21 level before making his debut for Northern Ireland in November 2010 and then representing the Republic of Ireland at U-21 level.
