The Italian Figure Skating Championships (Italian: Campionati Italiani di Figura) are a competition held annually to determine the national champions of Italy. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, ice dancing, and synchronized skating.

Charlène Guignard and Marco Fabbri are the 2024 Italian ice dance champions.
Lara Naki Gutmann is the 2023 Italian women's champion.
