FICO had its headquarters in the building from 2004 until 2013.[2] It is the 14th-tallest building in the city. A skyway connects the building to both 121 South Eighth and International Centre. The Foshay Tower is across the street to the north. The main floor lobby is shared with the Oracle Centre. The first and second floors contain restaurants and numerous small shops. On April 4, 2023, it was announced that AT&T will be moving out of the building and relinquishing its naming rights.[3]
