Bryget Chrisfield from Beat Magazine complimented vocalist and keyboardist Ben Woolner, calling his voice "a wellness tool" and remarking that "his distinctive, yearning timbre regularly cascades before leaping octaves to attain thrillingly unexpected peaks".
