Andrzej Kobylański (Polish pronunciation: [ˈandʐɛj kɔbɨˈlaj̃skʲi]) born 31 July 1970 in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a striker or midfielder. As of March 2012, Kobylański works as assistant manager for KS Cracovia.

Kobylański's father, Alfred Kobylański and his son, Martin Kobylański, have both been professional footballers.

He represented his native country at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. The Polish team won the silver medal.^[1]
