Brahm Mohindra (born 28 April 1946[1]) is a politician from the state of Punjab, India. He is currently Minister of Local Government, Parliamentary Affairs, Elections, and Removal of Grievances;[2] and is ranked second in order of precedence among ministers,[3] after the Chief Minister.

Brahm Mohindra is associated with Indian National Congress. He has been elected to the Punjab Legislative Assembly six times(1980,1985,1992, 2007, 2012,and 2017), and he has lost twice.
