Upon being moved into the Wikipedia main space, articles that have been through the AfC process should probably be assessed for quality and importance. I encountered this article without having that initial quality being assessed. On the basis of its length, structure and organisation, and the number of citations, as well as the need for significant clean-up, this article would appear to be C class at first glance. This is a quick assessment and other editors may consider my assessment too generous. But considering this article has just been promoted from draft, I am giving the authors the benefit of the doubt as an incentive to improve the article. The importance assessment of Low is because this is a biography about a single person. The article is just one instance of many exhibiting similar criminal behaviour.
