This section, from "and it is" to "enacted" was repealed by section 1 of, and Part I of the Schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1888.

Section 4

This section, from "and it is" to "enacted" was repealed by section 1 of, and Part I of the Schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1888.
