Election Committee (ECC) is a constituency in the elections for the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.

The constituency is composed of all members of the Election Committee of Hong Kong. Besides the members of the Legislative Council, the Election Committee also elected the Chief Executive of Hong Kong every five years.

Prior to the handover, the electorate of the ECC consisted of all the elected District Board members who had been elected in the 1994 DB ordinary elections under the Governor Chris Patten's electoral reform passed in 1994. Single Transferable Vote system was used in the 1995 election.[1]

Plurality-at-large voting system was used in 1998 and 2000.
