Ernest Fredrich Neitzke (November 13, 1894 โ€“ April 27, 1977) was a utility player in Major League Baseball who played briefly for the Boston Red Sox during the 1921 season. Listed at 5 ft 10 in (1.78 m), 180 lb., Neitzke batted and threw right-handed. He was born in Toledo, Ohio.
