English: Rochefort Trappist Brewery in Abbey of Our Lady of Saint-Remy, Wallonia, Belgium. Brewing is the main source of income for the monastery since the 16th century. The brewery was renovated in 1952 and produces high fermentation beer. The Cistercian Order of the Strict Observance is known for their seclusion and the brewery is not accessible to the public.

L' Ordre cistercien de la stricte observance étant très reclus, la brasserie n'est pas ouverte au public.

La produzione di birra è la fonte principale di sussistenza del monastero cistercense sin dal sedicesimo secolo. L'impianto fu rinnovato nel 1952 e produce birra di alta fermentazione. L'Ordine Cistercense della stretta osservanza è noto per il suo isolamento e il birrificio non è accessibile al pubblico.
Português: Cervejaria da Ordem Trapista de Rochefort, Abadia Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy, Wallonie, Bélgica. A cervejaria é a principal fonte de rendimentos desde o século XVI. Foi renovada em 1952 e produz cerveja de alta fermentação. A Ordem Cistercense da Observância Estrita é conhecida pela sua reclusão e a cervejaria não se encontra aberta ao público.
