Summary

Description The Apex Building, headquarters of the Federal Trade Commission , on Constitution Avenue and 7th Streets in Washington, D.C. . The building was designed by Edward H. Bennett under the purview of Secretary of the Treasury Andrew W. Mellon , and was completed in 1938 at a cost of $125 million.
