Description
English: The three leading statesmen of Bengal during the first half of the 20th-century- A K Fazlul Huq, Khwaja Nazimuddin and H S Suhrawardy. All three served as the Prime Minister of Bengal in British India. Huq was the founder of the Krishak Praja Party and served as Chief Minister and Governor of East Pakistan. Suhrawardy, the leader of the Awami League, served as the fifth Prime Minister of Pakistan. Nazimuddin, a leader of the Muslim League, served as the first Chief Minister of East Bengal and as the second Governor-General and second Prime Minister of Pakistan
