Wilhelm II, Deutscher Kaiser, 1888 - 1918

Unformed portrait l., 3 lines in exergue: "WILHELM II. DEUTSCHER KAISER KÖNIG V. PREUSSEN"/ 2 lines divided by a Peace Angel facing, and standing on 2 globes showing different views. A palm branch in his r., and a scroll inscribed "PEACE" in his l. hand: ""BERLIN 1908 REICHS-TAG". L., and r., and curved above: "+ 15. KONFERENZ DER INTERPARLAMENTARISCHEN UNION +". Wurzbach 9696.
