Datação: séc. XVIII Capela com fachada principal em frontão contracurvado, com portal, janelas e óculo envolvidos por decoração vegetalista, de talhe algo geométrico. A coroa aberta sobre o óculo corresponde ao mesmo motivo decorativo que encima a moldura dos janelos, ainda que sejam mais estilizados. A decoração vegetalista que ladeia o portal é um excelente trabalho de canteiro, imitando padrões de talha. As cornijas das fachadas N. e S. revelam, entre os cunhais da fachada principal e a pilastra implantada no terço final dos seus paramentos, uma pequena diferença formal com a restante cornija que percorre estas fachadas, indiciando uma alteração da fachada anterior da capela, em momento indefinido. Numa ombreira da porta da sacristia, interessante caixa de esmolas, em madeira, pintada. A sacristia apresenta um lavatório de bom talhe, em arco pleno, concheado, sublinhado superiormente por cornija saliente, com torneira inscrita em motivo flordelisado e pia circular, estriada. <a href=" http://www.chaves.pt/Default.aspx?ID=324 " rel="nofollow">www.chaves.pt/Default.aspx?ID=324</a> |
