English: Family portrait of Charles d'Arenberg and Anne de Croy, with five of their twelve children. The Prince-Count places his hand on the head of Philippe, his eldest son. Anne de Croy holds Antoine, who will enter religious life as Charles de Bruxelles, on her lap. The painting is attributed to the painter and cartographer Francois Pourbus, who is depicted behind Charles d'Arenberg, holding a compass in his hand. The attribution of this painting to Pourbus has been questioned.
Français : Portrait de familie de Charles d’Arenberg et Anne de Croy, avec cinq de leurs douze enfants. Le prince-comte pose la main sur la tete de Philippe, son fils aine. Anne de Croy tient sur ses genoux Antoine, qui entrera en religion sous le nom de Charles de Bruxelles. Le tableau est attribute au peintre et cartographe Francois Pourbus, qui serait represente derriere Charles d’Arenberg, tenant un compass dans la main.
