English: LAGOS, Nigeria (April 5, 2011) Cmdr. Darryl Brown, commanding officer of the guided-missile frigate USS Robert G. Bradley (FFG 49), talks with a Nigerian pilot while navigating into the port of Lagos in support of Africa Partnership Station (APS) West. APS is an international security cooperation initiative designed to strengthen global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
