Description
English: Two carpenters use a shipping crate as a work bench in cutting wood for tent floors at Camp Hope near Fier, Albania, on May 21, 1999, as part of Operation Sustain Hope. The Department of Defense is constructing Camp Hope to house up to 20,000 refugees. Sustain Hope is the U.S. effort to bring in food, water, medicine, relief supplies, and to establish camps for the refugees fleeing from the Former Republic of Yugoslavia.
