Deutsch: Februarpatent , die am 26. 02. 1861 durch Kaiser Franz Joseph erlassene Verfassung für den gesamten österreichischen Kaiserstaat. Mitte oben das Reichswappen von Österreich – im Urzeigersinn: Böhmen, Galizien, Dalmatien, Slavonien, Oberösterreich , Steiermark , Krain, Mähren, Tirol , Schlesien, Siebenbürgen, Kärnten , Salzburg , Niederösterreich , Kroatien, Illyrien und Lombardei-Venetien. Das Vorarlbergwappen fehlt; es wurde 1864 vom Kaiser verliehen. [1]
