Description
English: Florham Park, Madison, New Jersey (Morris County), about 25 miles due west of Manhattan. Country estate of Hamilton Twombly and his wife Florence Vanderbilt, and their heirs (ca. 1895-1955). Designed by McKim, Mead, & White, gardens and grounds by Frederick Law Olmsted. Sold by heirs in 1955 and campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University since 1958.
