English: Cameo portrait of Franz Georg Karl von Metternich-Winneburg-Beilstein (1746-1818), diplomat and father of Klemens von Metternich , the Austrian statesman. This French-language print was issued in connection with the Congress of Rastatt (1797-1799). Franz George Karl Count Metternich was head of the imperial delegation at the Congress.
Français : Portrait en caméo du Comte Franz Georg Karl von Metternich-Winneburg-Beilstein (1746-1818), diplomate et père de Klemens von Metternich, le célèbre homme d'État autrichien. Cette gravure a été publiée dans la foulée du Congrès de Rastadt de 1797-99. Le Comte de Metternich y représentait l'empereur du Saint-Empire François II.
