- While the train began service in 1938, I had seen another mention of the train as "new" in a 1939 World's Fair brochure.
- Since I can only view the front of it, I'm unable to determine whether or not the item carried any copyright notices.
- Because of this and also because the item may have been issued in 1938 or 1939, a copyright search was done in periodical renewals for the years 1965 , 1966 and 1967 . The searches were done for "Atcheson, Topeka, and Santa Fe" and "Santa Fe".
- Nothing pertaining to either was found in any of these years. Though I believe the brochure was not copyrighted, I have chosen to license this as copyright not renewed.
