Description
English: Small farms are often most at risk when there is too much or too little precipitation. In recent years, extreme weather events are causing a lot of distress to farming community worldwide.

Agvesto, a geospatial technology company is using NASA's rainfall data from the Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) mission to help them evaluate accumulated daily rainfall in northeast Argentina to aid them in giving these small farmers affordable insurance policies.
