English: British Admiral John Jellicoe (5 December 1859 – 20 November 1935). Is wearing uniform of the Admiral of the Fleet, which rank he achieved in 1919.
Date Uncertain. There's a date on the original, but it's cut off, and possibly mirrored and/or upside down. 11-13-[19]25?
