Traditional offerings include pan (flowers), yeigyan (cool water), si-mee (oil lamps), and ngapyaw pwè oun pwè ( bananas and coconut). Shown here are jasmine and champac chains, hti (miniature umbrellas), dagun koukka (paper pennants and streamers), four-coloured sasana flags, and water in small silver bowls on a tall silver tray (second tier right). Green bananas in bunches and a green coconut with its stalk intact are normally required.
