Description Light Is Kind on Rashidieh.jpg |
English:
View from the Beit-Atfal Assumoud Family Guidance Cente over the roofs of the Palestinian refugee camp of Rashidieh (also transliterated Rashidiya, Rashidiyah, Rachidiye, Rashidiyyeh, Rashadiya, Rashidiyya, Reshîdîyeh, or Rusheidiyeh) in Tyre/Sour, Southern Lebanon, towards the Mediterranean Sea. Rashidieh was built in the 1930s for survivors of the Armenian genocide in a place that is widely assumed to have been the Phoenician Palaetyrus.
