Description
English: View from Maryon Park of New Charlton, SE London, UK. On the left: housing along Eastmoor Street, all since demolished. To the right, along Woolwich Road: Maryon Park School, built in 1894-96, later Holborn College, now Windrush Primary School. In the centre Siemens Meadow, one of Charlton's earlier football grounds. Beyond: early factory buildings of Siemens Brothers Telegraph Works, some of which are still standing on the north side of Bowater Road.
