Fresques murales dépeignant des boucliers en forme de huit, avec une sangle de suspension au milieu. Le motif sur la surface du bouclier montre qu'il représente un modèle réel, fait de peau de vache. Ce type de bouclier, arme défensive, devient ici le symbole de la déesse de la guerre. Bien que le motif soit commun — on le trouve en orfèvrerie et en joaillerie à l'époque — il reste rare dans la peinture monumentale mycénienne.
