This is what it looked like for the first year, it doesn't look like this now as there is a large structure and car park in front of it now i will find you a pic asap.

No, this is what it looks like currently. The photo was taken from the roof of the east wing hence you cannot see the new building in front. This picture deliberately excludes the new build as that is a Crown Court complex and nothing to do with the Civic Centre, the seat of local government in Newport.
