Not only is this the headquarters of the Eastern District, which covers the estates in Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, but it is also home to centralised finance and property services teams, and the Estate Surveyor who manages the commercial property portfolio, the development sites, and the Kennington estate."
