Summary
Description O. J. Simpson Hotel (15836930769).jpg | Former football star O. J. Simpson checked into the O'Hare Plaza Hotel on the morning of June 13, 1994. He received a phone call from the LAPD that, the night before, his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and waiter Ronald Goldman had been murdered. He checked out shortly thereafter. Simpson's own blood was found in the room but he claimed he had cut his hand smashing a glass in rage upon hearing of the murder. For years afterward the hotel offered a tour of Room 915, the "O. J. Simpson Room." John Wayne Gacy, Jr., who committed his murders in his house not far from here, was executed a month earlier. Located at 5615 N. Cumberland Ave. |
