Description
English: Pakhala bhat or Rice water, is a traditional dish especially cooked in the eastern states of India such as Odisha, West bengal, Assam, Chhattisgarh. This dish prepared with boiled rice, water, Curd, cumin seeds, curry leaves or mint leaves. Most of the time taken along with fish fry or roasted potato, brinjal or spinach fry.
