Description Preoxygenation before anesthetic induction.jpg | FARAH, Afghanistan (April 10, 2010)-- A 6 year old Samadine Udine from Shorabad village in Farah Province, is prepared to go under anaesthesia prior to undergoing a hydrocelectomy at Forward Operating Base (FOB) Farah, Afghanistan, April 10, 2010. The surgical procedure was conducted by the Farah Forward Surgical Team and a local Afghan physician as a way to provide mentoring and joint learning opportunities.
