Description

Elizabeth I of England , the Armada Portrait, oil on panel, 38 1/2 in. x 28 1/2 in. (978 mm x 724 mm), National Portrait Gallery. Cut down from a wider version of the Woburn Abbey painting . Other versions of the Armada portrait are by different artists.

This set of images was gathered by User:Dcoetzee from the National Portrait Gallery, London website using a special tool. All images in this batch have been confirmed as author died before 1939 according to the official death date listed by the NPG.
