Recycle for Oxfam or you'll be sorted. I must admit that I had to look twice. This is quite clearly not one of the huge plush toys you can win at a fairground. The way it is lying with its legs out, head up, and haunches built for a quick spring to the feet if needed, are just what I would expect of a member of the cat family of this size. Perhaps someone considered albino tiger skin counted as clothing and found it was too big to go in the bin.
