Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago talks about her priority bills during the weekly Kapihan sa Senado. Santiago said that bills such as the Reproductive Health Act which aims to guarantee universal access to methods and information on birth control and maternal care, the Anti-EPAL Bill which prohibits public officials to affix their name or image to any signage on a proposed or ongoing public works project, and the Act against the commercialization of human organs, should be given priority once the 3rd Session of the Fifteenth Congress starts.
