Français : Statuette de reine-mère ou de première épouse d'un roi. Angola, Chokwe. 19e siècle, récoltée en Angola, vers 1886 par Gustav Nachtingal, cette statuette est d'une grande rareté. Bois, cheveux humains, argile rouge. 35 cm (Musée ethnologique de Berlin). Dans un style dit "du pays d'origine", de l'«l'école de Musamba ». La posture, la tenue des bras et des jambes rappellent celles des statuettes de Chibinda Ilunga. : Boris Wastiau, Chokwe , 5 Continents, 2006, p. 120, planche 20.
