Description
English: Tschierva Glacier (Romansh: Vadret da Tschierva) as seen from Piz Corvatsch . The high peak dominating the center left of the image is Piz Bernina decorated with the Biancograt a distinct ice ridge. Piz Bernina is the only mountain exceeding 4000m in Engadin. The peak on the right is Piz Roseg . The Tschierva hut is visible above the left glacier moraine. The image is stitched from more than 20 individual images taken with a Canon Powershot G3.
Français : Le glacier de Tschierva vu de Piz Corvatsch. Le plus haut sommet visible au centre s'apelle Piz Bernina, décoré du Biancograt , un cret de glace. Piz Bernina est la seule montagne de plus de 4000 m en Engadine . Le sommet à sa droite est Piz Rozeg. Le refuge de Tschierva est visible au dessus de la moraine gauche du glacier. Image panoramique obtenue en assemblant plus de 20 clichés pris avec un Canon Powershot G3.
