Summary
| Description |
English:
A large number of Christians gathered in front of Kulshekhar Church. The mob blocked the road and stopped movement of vehicles. The police resorted to lathi charge to disperse the protesters. The protesters pelted stones in retaliation, damaging a police van. The policemen then lobbed tear gas shells. The protest then spread to Vamajoor, where hundreds of Christian protestors were gathered, in direct violation of prohibitory orders. The police rushed and lathi charged them, injuring several people and arresting 10 protestors at random.
