English:
Poster titled "VICTORY! CONGRESS PASSES DAYLIGHT SAVING BILL" showing Uncle Sam turning a clock to daylight saving time as a clock-headed figure throws his hat in the air. The clock face of the figure reads "ONE HOUR OF EXTRA DAYLIGHT". The bottom caption says "Get Your Hoe Ready!" The original artist's monogram has not been identified. The original color lithograph is 95 cm × 53 cm. The Library of Congress archival photograph was cropped to include only the poster's contents, and the image was repaired to fix the damage in the original.
