Title |
Monument (now lost) to John of Gaunt (1340-1399), 3rd son of King Edward III, in old St Paul's Cathedral, City of London. Similar to the monument to his eldest brother the Black Prince in Canterbury Cathedral. Dedicated to Christopher Clapham (1608–1686) of Beamsley near Skipton in Yorkshire, MP, whose quartered arms are depicted.
