The Japan national under-20 football team (Japanese: U-20サッカー日本代表) is a national association football team of Japan and is controlled by the Japan Football Association. The year before the FIFA U-20 World Cup, the national team is renamed the Japan national under-19 football team, and the year before that, the national team is renamed the Japan national under-18 football team.

The following players were called-up for a Jordan Tour, held from 17 to 27 March 2024. On 17 March 2024, due to an injury, Alexandre Pisano was replaced by Zhang Aolin. On 18 March 2024, Harumichi Shiokawa was sidelined due to poor health and was replaced by Sotaro Hayashi.[6]

The following players were called up for the Ibaraki Next Generation Cup 2023 matches, held between 21 and 24 December 2023.
