  • chaban: shepherd; from çoban= shepherd
  • haydamak: 18th century peasant rebel in Ukraine; another meaning is brigand (highway robber)[1]
  • kylym: carpet; from kilim = carpet
  • kavun: watermelon; from kavun = melon
  • yohurt: yogurt; from yoğurt = yogurt[2]
