This is a list of football clubs located in Pakistan which have competed within the leagues and divisions of the Pakistan football league system. For a complete list of clubs as of 2024, see Pakistan Football Federation DFA Elections 2024 Voting Clubs list (excluding Azad Kashmir, Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan).

Departmental clubs

The following is a list of departmental and armed forces teams.[1][2] Majority of the clubs were disbanded following the shutdown of departmental sports in Pakistan in September 2021.[3][4][5][6] Departmental sports in Pakistan were restored in August 2022.[7][8][9] As of July 2023, only the armed forces, KRL, WAPDA and Police reportedly remained active in football.[10] Departmental clubs are currently restricted to the PFF National Challenge Cup.[11][12][13]
