Below is a list of members of the 17th Bundestag, the lower house of parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany, which convened on 27 October 2009 and was in office until 22 October 2013. The (default) listing is as follows: the states (Bundesländer) in the order of the numbering of the electoral districts; then the parties in the order of their votes (CDU, SPD, FDP, Linke, Grüne, CSU); within the parties' first district winners, then members of the Bundestag via the lists.

  1. Jochen-Konrad Fromme, listed as no. 11 in the CDU's Niedersachsen list, declined the succession.
  2. Andreas Storm, listed as no. 5 in the CDU's Hessen list, declined the succession. Jürgen Gehb, listed as no. 9 in the CDU's Hessen list, declined the succession as well. List nos. 6 through 8 and 10 through 14 had won their seats directly.
  3. Fred Konrad, listed as no. 4, and Pia Schellhammer, listed as no. 5, declined the succession due to their memberships in the Rheinland-Pfalz landtag.
  4. Charlotte Schneidewind-Hartnagel, listed as no. 13, declined the succession due to her membership in the Baden-Württemberg landtag.
