The following is a list of spouses or partners of current heads of government. In most cases, such as parliamentary systems, semi-presidential systems, and constitutional monarchies, the head of government is called a "prime minister"", "premier", or "president/chairman of the council of ministers".[lower-alpha 1] In presidential systems, the president may be simultaneously head of state and head of government.
