MGM Holdings

MGM Holdings, Inc. is an American holding company incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, launched on February 11, 2005 by a creditor-oriented consortium as the parent company of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (from which the "MGM" initials were coined).[5][3] It has been owned by Amazon since March 17, 2022.[6]
