The Ministerial and Other Salaries Act 1975 (c. 27) is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that governs the salaries of ministerial and certain other political offices in the UK.

  1. Some salaries set out in the act are different depending on whether the office holder is a Member of Parliament or not. Office holders who are MPs also receive a salary by virtue of that role. Such salaries are designated in the tables below under the headers of "MP" and "Peer", respectively.
